You provide the banner; we provide the space. Bring a standard free-standing banner (no more than 80″x40″) and we will display it in the conference hall.
*$500 does not include the cost of the pop-up banner. You are responsible for printing and bringing or shipping the banner.
Have your publication or fliers placed at designated, strategic times on the seating in the general session room.
Your logo will appear on the column branding that greets all attendees as they enter the meeting space at the nexus of the two main hallways.
