Speaking
Sessions
All speaking sessions are scheduled for 50 minute time slots.
Feel free to structure your session as you wish. I would
recommend allowing time for q&a.
Audio Recording
We will be audio recording all sessions for cd/dvd sales. FreedomFest reserves
all rights for future use of these recordings. If you do not want
your session recorded please inform me as soon as possible.
Audio Visual
All breakout rooms will be set up classroom style. A podium and
microphone, and head table will be provided. The Silver, Bronze 4 and Palace 3/4/5
rooms will be set up with a screen and lcd projector. You will need to provide
your own laptop.
If you are scheduled in
Bronze 1, 2, or 3, Palace 1/2, or Palace 6/7 you will need to arrange any other
audio requirements on your own.

Please submit a bio, photo, and presentation title to me as soon as possible.
The deadline for all printed material is June 18, 2010.
